weird much?.. hehe.. aku pon rasa benda yg sama by the way.. asyik update belog je ni haa.. bajet cm ade org baca je blog aku kn.. okay, skng ni ngh relax2 je.. nk baca nota sir jaya psl diagonal pattern.. sir pesan awal2, klw dia soal, and kteorg takley jwb, he wont teach us the next ssubtopic.. if I''m not mistaken it is about bilateral pattern which is more complicated and as for basic one we have to understand what is diagonal pattern is all about first.. uolsss must be wondering ryte about what is diagonal what is bilateral.. okay basically these are the treatment implementation of PNF which is stands for proprioceptive neuromuscular facilatation.. ngeh2.. sounds nice right?.. haha

Of course tergolong kt tengah.. Tak awal, tak jugak lambat.. hahaha.. Puitis betol.. 

Okay, nak share la sedikit sebanyak pengalaman aku pegi well, can be said as picnic with ze housemates, bestfriends, classmates.. 3 in 1 uolssss.. They are Syafiqah and Zatil.. yeahhh.. heart them so much

Actually, kteorg tak plan langsung nak pegi morib.. we just planned on going to Zoo Negara kt area2 ampang tu klw xslap.. haha.. last minute, we cancel it off sebab :

1. tak tahu jalan akak cuak nak masuk highway KL tu.. walaupon I've been driving there before

2. fees macam mahal je.. maklum la duit tak bpe bnyk.. nak masuk rm30.. tu tak termasuk nak beli tu ini la, makan tu la ini la..

(nampak tak kteorg berfikiran jauh gitu.. haha.. bajet much)

3. sebab before this, mmg kteorg teringin sgt nak g morib.. cuma hajat tak tercapai..

okay, before pegi morib, cm biase,zatil ngn syafiq masak bihun goreng.. aku plak in charge bt cucur udang.. best whatt bawak makanan sendiri instead of beli kt sane.. confirm2 ar mahal dpd harga biase.. haha.. this is JIMAT.. not KEDEKUT ... 

then , here we go to Morib.. da lewat jugak rsenye kteorg pegi semalam.. around pkl 10 lbey2 dah kot.. well, thank God, syafiq bt gps gune handphone dia.. haha.. festime lalu bandar Klang.. takott sebab ak biase.. then, nak dijadikan citer.. 

on our way to Morib, I got a love letter man.. love letter.. which is from a man waering a white uniform ... guesss who????.. pak ck tu cakap aku langgar trfc light.. padahal, padahal, tyme tu lampu bru strt kuning.. da la aku bwak agak laju jgk tyme tu, kang tetibe je aku brek, mmg cari nahas kot aku rse.. so, aku pon pegi je la.. haha.. bajet takde pape.. kt depan tu plak, tetibe je ade roadblock.. cek lesen ade, IC ade.. wahh, lepas ni.. tetibe pakcik tu suh berenti kt tepi.. apa lg berenti je la.. then, dia ckp nk ic ngn lesen sbb langgar lampu isyarat.. Ya Allah, Tuhan je la tahu ape aku rse cmtu.. macam2 yg aku pikir.. cano la nk gtaw umi.. huaaa.. festime dpt LOVE LETTER NI...

lpas tu, pakcik tu biarkan aku pergi begitu sje, dengan mendapat surat cinta di tangan.. hahaha.. then, dgn cuaknya, takutnya, aku gagahkan diri kol umi gtaw psl ni.. hmm, umi tak marah pon.. coz dia thu cmne aku drive.. ngn laju ape la.. hehe.. umi cakap dia jz risaukan aku.. surat cinta tu ape la sgt.. hmmm.. sorri umi.. sori.. will never do this again InsyaAllah..

dengan mood yg agak spoil jugak la, kteorg pon pegi la morib.. beli topi ape semua.. semangat nk pegi picnic oiii...
